Under the Capex model, Shiroi Energy provides end-to-end solutions for solar power plants based on the client's power requirements.
Our solutions encompass preliminary analysis from site visit, designing and constructing the solar power plant- Engineering, Procurement and Construction services (EPC).
Clients make the investment and own the asset. They receive tax benefits and can sell electricity back to the grid.
Shiroi Group is also partnered with other institutions which can provide debt financing for solar projects to the clients.

OPEX

Under the Opex model, Shiroi Energy sells electricity to clients at a price lower than grid price.
This is also known as Renewable Energy Service Company Model (RESCO).
Clients enter into a long term power purchase agreement (PPA) with Shiroi Energy at a fixed price.
Power cost of solar is lower than the grid price. Clients start saving from day one- x% from the grid price.
Shiroi Group also provides a variation model- Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT). The group invests, designs, builds, operates and then transfers the solar power plant to the client.
